Ristorante Mediterraneo

Ristorante Mediterraneo

Located in the same spot that Manana's used to occupy, the new Ristorante Meditorraneo has improved both the location food and service. The new owners have stepped up the restaurnat by adding many subtle, but impressive improvements.

Ristorante Mediterraneo Overview

Looking back into the restaurant from the bar gives you an idea of the improvements. It offers a distinctive Mediterranean feeling while still being in Mexico.

Ristorante Mediterraneo Interior Dining

There are really two sections to the restaurant. As you enter the restaurant, there is a section with dining tables under a palapa, which would be an excellent choice if there were any chance of showers during your dining time.

Ristorante Mediterraneo Kitchen Oven

Adjacent to the palapa dining area is the kitchen complete with a brick oven for making fresh pizzqas.

The Ristorante Mediterraneo Bar

I particularly lenjoy the bar at the Ristorante Mediterraneo. It enjoys a commanding view of the ocean, including the surf break right in front of the restaurant.

The View of the Main Break in El Anclote from Ristorante Mediterraneo

The views of the surf spots in El Anclote are excellent from the restaurant and it is a great place to watch summer storms in the evening time too.

Ristorante Mediterraneo's Dining in the Sand

Joanie and I love to enjoy dinner watching the surf and storms at the beach front tables at Ristorante Mediterraneo. Their seafood, salads and pasta are simply excellent and their prices are very reasonable.
