We are able to offer these rates, as we own these condos
free and clear and purchased them at a time when they
sold for much less than they do now. We also do not use
a middle man or management company. For this reason, I
am sure that you will find similar units for much more
money. I am including full details about the units with
pictures so that you can see exactly what you will be
getting. Don't settle for anything less if you do rent
somewhere else.

Terms and Conditions
The minimum stay for the
condos is 7 days. Exceptions to this can sometimes be
arranged based on availability and the time of season.
See the above rates for less than 7 nights.
You will be required to
submit a 50% deposit at the time of reservation
confirmation and the balance of the rental fee 30-days
prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations up to
60 days prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of the
reservation fee. Cancellations within 30-days of arrival
will forfeit the entire rental amount. We strongly suggest that you
purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
Please note that during holiday and peak travel periods
the deposit and cancellation fees may vary and will be
noted on your confirmation.
Payment can be made with
cash or check or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or
American Express) or through Pay Pal. Charges
not made through Pay Pal will appear under Tom Ogg
& Associates. If you are paying by check, make it
payable to Tom Ogg & Associates and send it to the address
shown below.
